Asher Pocsai competed in his first Junior National Championships at the age of eight and has participated in every event since. He earned his first spot on the Junior National Team in 2019 and has represented Canada at four Junior World Championship events, winning bronze medals in Boys’ 16U Doubles in 2022 and Boys’ 14U Doubles in 2021. At the Junior National level, Pocsai has won four gold, two silver, and three bronze medals in singles across various age categories. In doubles, he has secured three gold and one silver medal. In 2024, he was named to his first national elite team after earning a spot on the National Development Team.
