provincial associations and tournament organizers to do the same.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have adopted the <strong><em><span style=\"color: #cb5555\"><a style=\"color: #cb5555\" href=\"https:\/\/s3.us-east-1.wasabisys.com\/racquetball-canada\/2022\/06\/UCCMS-6.0-FINAL-20220531.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport<\/a><\/span> <span style=\"color: #cb5555\">(UCCMS)<\/span><\/em><\/strong>. The\u00a0<em>UCCMS<\/em> is the core document that sets harmonized rules for conduct and behaviour to advance a respectful sport culture that delivers quality, inclusive, accessible, welcoming, and safe sport experiences. All those who become registered participants in Racquetball Canada activities are required to agree to adhere to the <em>UCCMS<\/em>, as well as the policies of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have joined <strong><span style=\"color: #cb5555\"><em><a style=\"color: #cb5555\" href=\"https:\/\/abuse-free-sport.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Abuse-Free Sport<\/a><\/em><\/span>,<\/strong> the independent program to prevent and address maltreatment in sport in Canada. As part of this agreement, Racquetball Canada and its stakeholders have access to services of the <em><span style=\"color: #cb5555\"><strong><a style=\"color: #cb5555\" href=\"https:\/\/sportintegritycommissioner.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner<\/a> (OSIC)<\/strong><\/span><\/em>. <em>OSIC<\/em> is responsible for administering the <em>UCCMS<\/em>, using trauma-informed processes that are compassionate, efficient and provide fairness, respect and equity to all parties involved, including complaints about violations of the <em>UCCMS<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>We are guided by a robust set of <span style=\"color: #eb2823\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/s3.us-east-1.wasabisys.com\/racquetball-canada\/2023\/01\/Updated-Policy-Suite-English.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><span style=\"color: #cb5555\">Safe Sport policies<\/span><\/em><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>We have taken the\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #eb2823\"><a style=\"color: #eb2823\" href=\"https:\/\/coach.ca\/responsible-coaching-movement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #cb5555\">Responsible Coaching Movement<\/span> <\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/span>pledge.<\/li>\n<li>We engage an <a href=\"mailto:cnurse@hammondllp.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #cb5555\"><strong><em>Independent Third Part<\/em>y<em> Case Manager (ITP)<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/a> to facilitate complaints that don&#8217;t fall within the jurisdiction of <em>OSIC<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Further information about each of the protections we have in place can be found in the Safe Sport sections of our website.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Safe Sport Commitment We believe everyone has the right to enjoy the sport of racquetball at whatever level or position they participate.
