Source: Canadian Racquetball, vol. 2, no. 5, 1985)<\/p>\n<p>The 1984-85 Ivan Velan Award for for outstanding contribution to Canadian racquetball has been awarded to Dr. Gary Ness, Associate Professor of Exercise Physiology at Acadia University\u00a0in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body3\">The announcement was made by CRA President Dan Stone during the Awards Banquet at the National&#8217;s. Stone cited Gary&#8217;s tremendous contribution to the success of the Coaching Certification Program as the main factor in his selection.
